Terms of use

Terms for using this site

The rules for wolfsongwear.com, written to be read. Last updated October 27, 2026.

Who we are

Wolfsong Wear is a small screen-printing shop in Missoula, Montana, USA, reachable at [email protected]. Using wolfsongwear.com means agreeing to what follows.

Purpose of the site

This site displays the garments we print, their prices, sizes and care notes, and lets you send an order request. Prices are in US dollars and include the garment and its printing; shipping and optional gift wrap are added as shown on the order form.

An order request is not yet a contract

Sending the order form does not create a sale. It is a request, which we answer by email with a confirmation of what is available, the total and a secure payment link. A contract exists only once you have paid through that link. Until then, either side can step away, and nothing is charged. We may decline a request, for example if a piece has sold out or the address is outside the United States.

Acceptable use

Please do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, flood the order form with scripted entries, or push unlawful, abusive or misleading material through it. We may ignore or block requests that do.

Our artwork

All artwork, drawings, text and the Wolfsong Wear name on this site and on our garments belong to Wolfsong Wear. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not the right to copy or reproduce the artwork. The photographs we did not take are used under the terms listed in the credits below.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep descriptions, measurements and prices accurate, but small differences in color between a screen and a fabric are normal. As far as the law permits, what Wolfsong Wear can owe you over an order never exceeds what that order cost you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including the returns and refund terms on our returns page.

Which law applies

Montana law, meaning the law of the State of Montana, USA, governs these terms, and disputes go before Montana courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.

Changes to these terms

Wording here can be revised. The date under the page title marks the current text, and whichever version stood on the day you paid governs that order.

The photographs on this site are not of our products; they show the landscapes, animals and garments that shape our artwork. Each one is used under the license shown, from the source address listed. None of them requires attribution, but we credit every photographer anyway.
