Who is responsible

This website, wolfsongwear.com, is run by Wolfsong Wear, a small screen-printing shop in Missoula, Montana, USA. For anything on this page, the contact is [email protected].

What we collect, and why

We collect only what you type into the order form: your name, email, delivery address, the pieces, sizes and quantities you chose, your shipping option and any message. We use it for one purpose, to answer your request, confirm your order, send a payment link, ship the parcel and handle any return. The form is delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service, which passes the contents on to us and does not use them for anything else. We keep order emails for as long as we need them for tax and accounting records, and delete the rest when a conversation is finished.

Payment is taken through the secure link we email you, on the payment provider’s own page. Your card details never pass through this website or our mailbox.

Cookies and your consent choice

On a first visit, a small kraft-colored card in the corner raises the cookie question. Your answer lands in local storage under one key, wsw_cookie_state, which stops the card from coming back. Not one script on the site looks at that key at present. Wolfsong Wear places no cookie of its own, and the site went live with zero analytics, pixels or ad trackers on it. Should a counting tool ever be added, it would switch on only for visitors who agreed to it, and this page would describe it before it ran. To reset your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser.

Google Fonts delivers our two typefaces; fetching them hands that service your browser’s IP address, which is simply how a font file travels.

Where your details stop

Your name and address go no further than the carrier bringing the parcel and the payment provider handling the charge. They are never sold, swapped or rented out to anyone.

Your rights

From any country, a customer may request a copy of what we hold about them, a correction, erasure, a machine-readable export, or a halt to any particular use of it. Readers in the European Union and the United Kingdom hold these under the GDPR. California residents also have CCPA rights: to learn which personal information is kept, to get it erased, to opt out of any sale of it (there is nothing to opt out of, since customer data has never been sold here), and to receive exactly the same service after exercising any of them. Write to [email protected] from the email on your order; answers arrive inside 30 days, free of charge.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
